C&C staff were joined by the great and the good of the Hospitality and Catering industry including both the current FCSI Chairman David Bentley and four past FCSI Chairmen as they celebrated their 30th birthday last weekend. Suppliers, clients and consultants gathered to celebrate 30 years of making it happen together since 1981.

Guests partied the night away after enjoying a specially prepared five course dinner created for them by Welsh National Culinary Chef Graham Tinsley MBE and his team at the beautiful Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire.

Entertainment included a brilliant magician and a musical ensemble presented by “The Singing Waiters” who went down a treat, just like the dessert of bread and butter pudding with custard.

The celebrations were rounded off with the band “Kill the Jukebox” who rocked the room and rumours have it that some guests partied until early on Sunday.

On a more serious note, C&C and their guests also raised £7,760 on the night for their nominated charity Claire House Children’s Hospice. Thanks go to everyone who made a contribution which was received on the night by Abi Smith from Claire House. Special donations were received from Meiko, Hobart, Falcon, Ambach, Charvet, Dawson, Iglu, Mechline, Catering Engineers (N.W.) Ltd, DHR International, Bibby Leasing and Creation ADM all of which boosted the total to this fantastic figure for the charity.
