Project Manager – Commercial Catering Installations 

We are looking for a Project Manager for our highly successful company. We are a leading commercial catering equipment business with an outstanding reputation and long list of industry awards. We are one of the UK's leading specialist kitchen contractors and we work in partnership with leading hotels and restaurants.

The role:

The role is broad ranging and includes the project management of all aspects of commercial kitchen installations. Reporting to the Director you’ll take responsibility for projects, ensuring all costs are within budgets and targets are met.  You will oversee the installation onsite and ensure the client needs are met or exceeded at all times. This includes understanding of the end to end process of the project, from Tendering, RFI’s, RAM’s, Drawings, labour productivity and quality to practical completion.  You will monitor and report internally on project costs to ensure contract conditions are adhered to and maintain reporting on contract progress.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be an assistant or associate project manager looking for the next step in their career, with some experience in managing and being accountable for high value projects. Also required:

  • Strong knowledge of H&S and be SSSTS or SMSTS trained
  • Numerate, methodical and analytical approach
  • Attention to detail and the desire to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CAD software

You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, a team player and problem solver with an eye for controlled budgets. This is an autonomous role and client facing, to be successful you will need to be technically astute and able to build long lasting professional relationships with clients.

Accounts Manager

C&C Catering Equipment Ltd is pleased to be seeking a motivated individual to join its Accounts Department as Accounts Manager. The full time role (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) will be based at the company’s Smithy Farm offices in Saighton, Chester and offers the opportunity to join an award-winning family business.

The suitable candidate will have the skills to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accounts up to trial balance
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Strong system skills including excel and Sage 200

Previous experience is essential.
