The works covered several areas throughout the building, including the ground floor kitchen and bar, basement dishwash and storage areas, as well as a Level 2 bar and pantry. Each space required careful coordination to ensure the catering facilities integrated effectively with the wider design and operational requirements of the venue.

The installation featured bespoke Proline fabrication alongside equipment from leading manufacturers including Electrolux, Hobart, Halton and Green Cooling. The combination of specialist equipment and robust design created high-quality facilities suited to the demands of the different kitchen, bar and hospitality areas.

A challenging programme was one of the key considerations throughout the project. C&C worked closely and collaboratively with the wider project team and other trades to coordinate the installation and ensure the required completion date was achieved without compromising on the quality of the finished result.

The project was another strong example of collaborative working, with the quality and robust design developed by SHW complemented by effective coordination on site with 8 Build and the wider project team.

Special recognition goes to C&C Project Manager David Ricks, whose hard work and management throughout the project played an important role in its successful delivery.

Completed in June 2026, 7 Burlington Gardens showcases C&C Catering Equipment’s experience in delivering complex, large-scale catering installations across multiple hospitality spaces, combining quality equipment, bespoke fabrication and careful project management to achieve a successful result.
