C&C Catering Equipment delivered a catering installation for an office workspace project, working alongside main contractor BW and consultant Tricon. Completed between July and October 2025, the project focused on creating high-quality refreshment spaces within the building, including a barista bar and pantry on Level 4 and an additional pantry on Level 5.
The scheme required a carefully coordinated installation to integrate catering equipment seamlessly within bespoke joinery elements.
C&C supplied and installed equipment across the Level 4 barista bar and pantry areas, as well as the Level 5 pantry. The installation included equipment from C&C Fabrications, Caffine Coffee, Brita and Gamko, creating a modern and functional refreshment space designed to support daily workplace use.
The equipment package was designed to complement the surrounding interior fit-out while delivering reliable performance for high-frequency use.
The barista coffee bar installation required close coordination with the joinery contractor, Howard Bros, to ensure the catering equipment aligned precisely with the bespoke joinery design. Careful planning and communication between all contractors ensured the installation was delivered smoothly and integrated seamlessly with the finished space.
The project team from BW played a key role in maintaining a well-organised and collaborative site environment throughout the build.
