Works were undertaken across several areas and four floors, including a main kitchen and servery, pantry, and four tea points. Brands on the project were C&C Catering Fabrications, Halton, Ambach, Rational and Meiko, with Humble Arnold as Consultant and ISG as Main Contractor.
With a start date of March 2020, the overall programme was affected by the Covid-19 lockdown in line with government restrictions, however with careful planning and communications, the scheme was completed and handed over on time in November 2020.
