C&C Catering Equipment completed a large-scale catering installation for this financial company at its Canary Wharf location, working alongside Structuretone and consultant Tricon. The project was completed in May 2026 and focused on the Level 7 kitchen and servery areas.
The installation incorporated Select fabrication alongside equipment from Halton, Foster and Proline, creating a high-quality kitchen and servery designed to meet the requirements of a busy corporate environment. Particular attention was required throughout the servery, where units needed to integrate accurately with the surrounding finishes and adjoining areas.
Close coordination with the joinery and tiling contractors was essential to ensure the servery units ran seamlessly into the adjacent spaces. With a significant amount of detail to manage within a tight programme, communication between C&C, the wider trades and site management played an important role in keeping the project moving towards the required completion date.
Working within a live building added another logistical challenge, requiring careful planning to complete the installation while minimising disruption elsewhere. Despite the demanding programme and level of detail involved, the teams worked collaboratively throughout to achieve a quality finish that the client was happy with.
The C&C management team was headed by Keith Hartharn, working alongside Jason McKenzie and Vincent Barlow. Their coordination throughout the project helped manage the logistical and programme requirements and bring the installation through to successful completion.
Completed in May 2026, the financial company project demonstrates C&C’s experience in delivering detailed commercial catering installations within challenging live environments, with close collaboration helping to achieve a high-quality finished kitchen and servery.
