The site houses those with learning difficulties and complex behaviours, who need an intensive support service. C&C were required to provide catering facilities in three new blocks designed for housing eight residents over a five month period to suit site progress and the building timetable.
Equipment in each of the three kitchens included canopies, 6 burner ranges, refrigeration, washware and bain maries, with brands such as Bridge Air, CCK Fabrications, Falcon, True, Hobart and Lincat.
