C&C Catering Equipment Ltd is pleased to have recently completed works at the corporate headquarters of IM Group in Solihull as part of the Midlands-based company’s new £30 million site. As one of the UK’s largest privately owned property companies, IM Group required commercial catering facilities at its impressive new headquarters to reflect the high standards of the organisation, and C&C were delighted to be involved.
In order to provide dining facilities capable of serving its many staff, several catering environments were created with C&C Catering Equipment Ltd working across multiple areas. These comprised of the restaurant kitchen, servery counter, Grab and Go counters, a Coffee Bar counter, and Break Out counter. Additionally, in the restaurant kitchen works also covered floors, hygienic wall cladding and suspended ceiling, installation of extract canopy and fire suppression.
C&C were delighted to be working with trusted supply chain partners, and counters and stainless steel by C&C Catering Fabrications, with BAM Construction as Main Contractor.
The team worked for approximately six weeks on installation at the Solihull-based project, and worked carefully to overcome challenges such as deliveries to the third floor restaurant kitchen, which were only capable with crane lift to roof top.
