Located under five miles from C&C’s Smithy Farm offices, Inspired Villages sought professional foodservice environments to reflect the high standards throughout its impressive complex, with C&C providing facilities across the kitchen and bar area. Brands on the scheme included Rational, Falcon, Foster, Hobart, Metcalfe and Linda Lewis, with Seddon as Main Contractor. Bar works were completed post completion under Contractor Kiddie of Southport.
