The clinic contains 47 bedrooms and 22 daycare pods, serving these are 4 ward kitchens located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors as well as a main production area in the basement and a coffee bar on the ground floor.

C&C Catering Equipment were contracted by Shepherd Construction to supply & install the equipment within these areas working from a specification & design put together by Tricon Foodservice Consultants.
