Involved with the project from February 2020, C&C Catering Equipment Ltd undertook works at the modern workspace on the main kitchen and servery on the fourth floor, and pantry on the ground floor.
Brands on the project included Proline, Meiko, Halton, Essex Fabs, and Ambach, with McLaren as Main Contractor and Tricon as Consultant.
A logistical challenge on the scheme involved the delivery of the equipment into the building, all of which had to be craned in through glazed sections of the terrace on the fourth floor on a very busy road.
This was overcome by working hard to ensure all equipment was manufactured and delivered in manageable sections to be lifted via crane.
