Works at the multinational law firm took place over four levels, namely Level 21 (Main Open Kitchen, Diswash Area, and Coffee Bar), Level 22 (Pantry Kitchen), Level 23 (Pantry), and Level 28 (Coffee Bar). Brands on the project included C&C Catering Fabrications, Foster Coldrooms, Foster Fridges, Hobart, Hobart Ware wash, Halton Canopies & Ventilated Ceiling, Catertherms, Rational, Ambach, MOD BAR Coffee Machine, with ISG as Main Contractor and Chapel Foodservice Consultants as Consultant.
Challenges on the project included logistics and the restrictions that were put in place in adherence with government guidelines, however these were overcome with careful planning and communication.
