The counter and equipment were to be situated in a ground floor area, which allowed the team easy means of entry to the facility for installation purposes. Units were provided by C&C Catering Fabrications with equipment from brands including Winterhalter, Foster Refrigeration, IMC bottle fridges, Scotsman ice machine, and Faema Espresso machine supplied by Mulmar.
Installations Director Mark Roxburgh commented, “It was great to provide the bespoke counter and back bar at Colt Technology Services, having completed some other areas of work at Colt offices in the past. The Paragon team and site team were a pleasure to work with, and we are really pleased with the end result of the project.”
