Following the demolition of this venue, a brand new catering facility was required, and C&C Catering Equipment Ltd, along with subsidiary companies C&C Catering Engineers Ltd and C&C Catering Fabrications Ltd, were pleased to be involved with the Conwy-based project.
Work at the North Wales site consisted of creating professional commercial catering facilities in the kitchen and servery area to provide food and drink offerings for visitors to the cafe, based inside the brand new heritage centre hub. Brands on the scheme included C&C Catering Fabrications, Gram, Smeg, Hatco, Dualit, Lincat, Samsung and King Edward, with Wynne Construction as Main Contractor.
With involvement from C&C starting at the early stages of the Conwy Culture Centre build, 3D images were created by the Drawing Office in order to provide a clearer idea of what could be expected in the catering space, as well as providing an opportunity for the client to better understand the details and make any desired changes.
The team ensured a high level of customer service was offered by assisting the council in its discussions with potential operators, and then working with the end user to tweak the design so the operation ran smoothly once the vendor had been selected.
