The Samling Hotel, Lake District

The Samling Boutique hotel in Windermere was named as the best dining hotel in the world at the recent Boutique Hotel Awards in London.

C&C also provided staff training as part of their after sales service to ensure a smooth handover to the Samling’s team of chefs.

We are delighted to have been named as their partner for the recent remodelling of their kitchen and food preparation area.

A Hobart cooking suite has been fitted alongside custom designed stainless steel fabrication. A Lainox combination oven & bake off oven are also featured in the project alongside refrigeration from Adande & Foster.
