It’s been great to work at the impressive Transport For London, and we’re pleased to add such a renowned name to our list of completed schemes in the capital. We worked together to overcome some of the challenges on the project, and are delighted with the outcome at the site.”

Milan Murphy
Project Manager

Having been awarded the job earlier in the year, C&C later began works during June, with Lendlease as Main Contractor and Jackie Snaith of Chapel Foodservice Consultants as Consultant. The project was located over the main kitchen on level 10, and storage areas across the ground floor. Brands on the scheme included Halton Foodservice, Select Fabrications, Proline, Rational, Mushtaq, Frima, Ambach, Adande, Foster, Tom Chandley, Electrolux HSG, UCC coffee, Precision Refrigeration, Hobart and Classeq.

Communication and time management were of particular importance on the project, due to the lift being taken out of service before works began on the site. The team worked closely to ensure all equipment, fabrication and tools were carefully transported to level 10.

Project Manager Milan Murphy commented, “It’s been great to work at the impressive Transport For London, and we’re pleased to add such a renowned name to our list of completed schemes in the capital. We worked together to overcome some of the challenges on the project, and are delighted with the outcome at the site.”
