Andrew Turner, Executive Chef at London’s Café Royal introduces CEDA 2013 Grand Prix Award winners C&C and the fantastic new catering facilities at the Café Royal hotel.

The Café Royal project won three awards at this year’s CEDAs:

  • The overall Grand Prix award for the best commercial kitchen design and installation
  • The Profit Sector Large category
  • and the FCSI sponsored project management award

Architects on the project were David Chipperfield Architects and the Food Service Consultant, Ken Winch of FCSI member Sefton Horn Winch.
