C&C Catering Equipment delivered a £500,000 catering installation, working with main contractor BW and consultant Tricon. Completed between May and September 2025, the project involved the installation of a fully operational ground floor main kitchen alongside a series of sample kitchens designed for development and testing purposes.

The scheme required careful coordination with multiple contractors and the integration of specialist catering equipment to create a flexible, high-performance kitchen environment.

C&C supplied and installed equipment across the main kitchen and several sample kitchen areas within the facility. The project featured a range of leading catering equipment brands, including Rational, Ambach, Foster cold stores, CED and Winterhalter, providing a robust and adaptable setup capable of supporting both production and development requirements.

The installation required close collaboration with the joinery contractor responsible for the sample kitchen areas to ensure equipment aligned precisely with the bespoke joinery elements. In addition, the delivery and installation of the main cooking suite presented logistical challenges due to restricted access routes, requiring detailed planning to safely position the equipment.

Through careful coordination with BW and the wider project team, C&C successfully delivered the project within programme.

The project also marked the introduction of Maria Iruicescu to the C&C team, who supported the successful delivery of the installation and has since continued working on further schemes with the company. The project also provided an opportunity to work with both new and familiar members of the BW team, strengthening collaborative relationships for future projects.
