Completed between January 2025 and May 2026, the project focused on creating premium food and beverage spaces throughout the hotel, including a show kitchen, bar and supporting back-of-house facilities designed to complement the hotel’s modern hospitality offering.
C&C delivered installations across the Level 19 show kitchen and bar, mezzanine pantry and ground floor bar. The project featured equipment from Rational, C&C Fabrications, Meiko, Foster Coldstores, Halton and Mareno, providing a high-performance solution for both front and back-of-house operations.
The equipment package was carefully integrated into the overall design, supporting the operational requirements of the hotel while maintaining the premium aesthetic of the finished spaces.
Working within a high-rise development in Canary Wharf presented a number of logistical challenges, particularly around access to the installation areas. The main cooking suite was delivered in sections and reassembled on site through specialist welding to accommodate the building’s access restrictions.
The project also required all commissioning and completion works to be witnessed and signed off in accordance with the client’s strict procedures. Through careful planning and coordination, all requirements were successfully met and the project was delivered to programme.
Having previously worked with Canary Wharf Contractors on another nearby hotel development, C&C was well placed to navigate the project’s detailed sign-off and close-out procedures. The result was another successful collaboration and a high-quality finished installation.
