C&C’s John Mundy presents at BIM Information Day

Members of the C&C Catering Equipment Ltd team were pleased to recently attend the Foodservice BIM Information Day, organised by CESA, CEDA and FCSI. The event took place at First Choice Group’s impressive facilities, where The C&C Group were delighted to create staff dining facilities last year, with those working in the foodservice industry invited to enjoy a day of useful presentations on Building Information Modelling.

C&C Catering Equipment Ltd’s Drawing Office Manager, John Mundy, was pleased to have the opportunity to provide an informative presentation on using BIM from a distributor’s point of view. This included John’s perceptions of the benefits, what distributors need to do, what is required from the manufacturers, and previous experiences with main contractor’s and their expectations.

John Mundy commented, “The Information Day was a really useful event, and it was great to be a part of. Having used BIM for several years, it was a great opportunity to share our experiences with the wider industry, and also get a greater understanding from the perspective of others.”
