Bodnant Welsh Food Centre

The project, valued at approximately £250k, included the Main Kitchen, Café Kitchen & Training Kitchen. With the building previously being a farm, there were restrictions in the services available to us for our installation which became an issue with the ventilation. Another issue C&C had to overcome was the difficult access with regards to extensive ground work as part of the major redevelopment of the site.
