The dining facilities were required to support staff at the Birchwood location, and C&C therefore worked across the main building canteen, back of house kitchen, and front of house servery counters.
Brands on the project included C&C Catering Fabrications, Falcon, Foster, Williams and Bridge, with Overbury as Main Contractor.
Whilst the project was completed over one of the lockdown periods in accordance with government guidance for Covid-19, C&C were pleased to ensure its works were undertaken as smoothly as possible.
