C&C Catering Equipment Ltd welcomes C&C Catering Engineers Ltd as subsidiary company

C&C Catering Equipment Ltd is delighted to announce a recent restructuring of C&C Catering Engineers Ltd, which is now a subsidiary of the Chester based company.

Previously owned by Managing Director Peter Kitchin of C&C Catering Equipment Ltd, the engineering company now falls under the C&C Catering Equipment Ltd umbrella, joining C&C Catering Fabrications Ltd.

Changes at the company include the appointment of Lesley Rogerson as Company Secretary, the movement of the Accounts department to C&C Catering Equipment Ltd’s Smithy Farm offices, and Director roles for Paul Parry and Peter Farrell.

C&C Catering Equipment Ltd’s Managing Director Peter Kitchin commented, “I’m pleased to be able to welcome C&C Catering Engineers Ltd as a subsidiary company of C&C Catering Equipment Ltd. The move allows the companies to work more closely together, and for C&C Catering Equipment Ltd to support C&C Catering Engineers Ltd in its future ventures.”
