At C&C Catering Equipment Ltd, our team completes projects throughout the UK, and individuals often find themselves anywhere from Glasgow to Bournemouth. Recently, Projects Director Paul Parry and Project Sales Steve Brophy travelled further afield to Europe in order to understand more about their client’s visions and equipment options.

Paul flew into Schiphol, Netherlands, visiting six La Place sites for a future London scheme, clocking up 450km in the 12 hour trip. The purpose of the visit was to understand the concept, manufacturing and M&E services strategy for their first site in the UK, which is being delivered by C&C Catering Equipment Ltd in Kings Cross for a well known multinational giant.

Meanwhile, Steve travelled to France for a FRIMA conference, which included learning about the launch of a new unit and factory expansion, travelling to Frankfurt, Basil and Munich. The day also involved a cook off with four other bratt pans, as pictured below.

Both members of the team thoroughly enjoyed their informative trips to Europe, coming away with increased client and product knowledge, as well as a total 1,171km clocked up between them. C&C’s Project Sales, Steve, commented, “It’s always useful to visit a supplier’s factory to better understand their products. The trip was really interesting and varied, making for a useful experience.”
