KPMG is the anchor tenant of the 13-story landmark building One St Peters Square in the heart of Manchester city centre. Housing over 700 members of staff and some 30 partners, it’s no surprise that a primary consideration when developing the site was the catering and kitchen facilities.

Working closely with Jackie Snaith of Chapel Consultants, we were tasked with providing state of the art catering facilities capable of handling the demand of an extremely busy corporate dining area, offering a wide variety of food around the clock.

The project consisted of a grab & go area, coffee bar & deli, and a large central production kitchen housing some of today’s most advanced catering equipment. This included Rational White efficiency combination ovens, Frima cooking centres, Ambach prime cooking equipment and fully remote refrigeration systems and cabinets. A truly modern catering facility worthy of any contemporary kitchen.

From contract appointment to the final handover, we installed and project managed a number of areas at KPMG Manchester with works running smoothly over the 10 month period. Adhering to strict deadlines and providing the highest level of customer service is what C&C do.

Given the success of the Manchester project, we are delighted to announce the subsequent appointment at KPMG’s Leeds office for supply, installation and project management. The team is dedicated to offering the highest quality of service throughout all projects, ensuring superiority for now and the future……
