The existing kitchen was not only old and in need of updating, but was also segregated into several walled off sections which was presenting a communication problems within the kitchen.
C&C Catering Equipment Ltd were asked to come up with a design that not only brought the facility up to date with current regulations, but also a design that improved the sight lines and staff communication within the kitchen.
Following site visits and meetings with the catering staff, the design was finalised and the project was installed in stages in line with the main contractor’s programme.
Our dedicated project manager spent time liaising with our chosen fabricators to ensure all bespoke items were made to exact site measurements which resulted in an excellent fit and minimal wasted space.
