Following on from his graduation as a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Hospitality Design and Management Consultancy at Sheffield Hallam, C&C’s John Mundy and his fellow graduates were invited to the FCSI UK and Ireland Christmas dinner.
The event was held at the KIA Oval where guests were treated to a tour of this historic stadium before each graduate was introduce to the meeting’s delegates and then presented with a signed copy of Michel Roux Jr’s latest cookbook, presented by the chef himself.
