The team began working on the project in December 2016 and completed works in March 2017. The timescale created a challenge in the form of a tight manufacture period from approval to delivery, however this was overcome with careful planning to fulfil client expectations. Brands on the scheme included subsidiary company C&C Catering Fabrications, Winterhalter and Middleby.
