C&C Catering Equipment is proud of its involvement on a project for a global law firm in the City of London.

The prestigious New York-based company has offices in the heart of London’s business district with a large team of employees and visitors to cater for on a daily basis.

C&C were brought in by Tricon Foodservice Consultants to implement the Level 2 main kitchen and pantry. C&C were pleased to include Adande units, Ambach cooking equipment, Fosters fridges & blast chiller, Halton, Mechline taps, MKN combination ovens, Winterhalter and sister company, C&C Fabrications into the scheme.

Due to the time scale for both areas and the way the project was split, there were a few logistical challenges to overcome. The pantry was fitted-out first to allow the client to populate this space first. The main builder, West One, and the M&E then moved into the main kitchen which was shut down and rebuilt.

This meant that we had 10 days for the fit out of the pantry and 15 days for the main kitchen. This, along with the fact there was only one goods area and that there was another builder also brought on board for the other floors, meant deliveries were tight but achievable.
