C&C Catering Equipment have recently completed their latest project in the City of London for international law firm Dechert LLP. The project involved collaboration between the main builder BW and Chapel Foodservice Consultants to create a new kitchen servery and pantry for the client.
A range of equipment suppliers worked on this project including C&C Fabrications for servery counters and steelwork, HMA for ventilation, Foster for refrigeration, and Rational for ovens and cooking equipment.
A notable aspect of this project was the intricate curved fascia details required on the servery units. This required extensive testing off-site using mock-up sections and samples to ensure the necessary precision to achieve the overall quality of finished required.
Despite the time-consuming nature of this task, the efforts invested paid dividends in achieving the desired outcome as can be seen from the final photos of the servery area.
The collaboration between BW, Chapel Foodservice Consultants and C&C resulted in another successful project characterised by quality finishes and attention to detail.
