With several foodservice areas across the scheme, C&C completed the project over approximately 18 months to create high end finishes in keeping with the 39-guest room hotel. Works spanned the main kitchen, 2 bar areas, 2 butler’s pantries, a staff canteen, and several other smaller locations across the early 20th century location.
Main brands at L’oscar included Winterhalter, MKN, Fosters and Halton, with McLaren as Main Contractor, GVA Acuity as Project Managers and GWP as Consultant.
Project Director Mark Roxburgh commented, “L’oscar is an incredible location, and completely unique, which came with some challenges concerning access, but the result is fantastic and we’re really pleased to have worked at such a prestigious venue.”
