C&C worked very closely with Foodesco and Sir Robert McAlpine to continue their working relationship on the £500k+ project in Manchester.
The new servery area C&C supplied includes a recycled glass top finish which was unique to the site and continued the teams vision of retaining sustainability wherever possible.
Ventilation systems were fitted with the latest UV Filtration for grease management and the refrigeration systems were installed to serve the cold rooms and the servery counters.
