Marathon day for C&C Sponsored Luke

Last weekend saw thousands take to the capital’s streets for the annual London Marathon. At the starting line, along with 38,000 other runners, was participant Luke McIntosh, who ran for the charity Teenage Cancer Trust.

C&C were delighted to be the main sponsor for the Teenage Cancer Trust ambassador, who has been fundraising for the charity for several years after receiving life-saving support from their team. After the 26.2 mile race, Luke commented, “It hurt, that’s for sure. It was an honour to wear C&C on my vest.”

As a friend of the company, C&C were proud to sponsor Luke and support his hard-working efforts for the charity. Managing Director Peter Kitchin added, “We were delighted to be Luke’s main sponsor for the London Marathon. He is an inspiration to us all, and works tirelessly to raise significant funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.”

C&C Catering Equipment were also pleased to be sponsoring several other runners in the event, who raised funds for charities throughout the country.
