Before installation began, the project was fully designed using BIM compliant software to create an impressive complete 3D catering equipment environment.

At the London headquarters, work was staged across multiple levels, and included: a coffee bar and pantry on level 10; Main kitchen, pastry area, dishwash and beverages on level 5; Coffee bar, main server, cooking area, dishwash, recycle, beverages and microwave area on level 4; and wine store and preparation area in Basement area.

Equipment on these levels included brands Britannia Ventilation, Meiko, Ambach, Rational, MKN, Foster, BGL Rieber, Bravilor, Instanta and Scotsman.

In order to ensure all equipment was successfully delivered and installed within the designated period, a rigorous delivery procedure was implemented, requiring everything to be pre-booked and timed.
