C&C Catering Equipment Ltd is delighted to share a scheme recently completed at Coleg Cambria’s Yale Campus. The further and higher education facility required catering environments that not only supported its hospitality students through training kitchens, but also its wider student base. The North Wales-based project began in April 2020, and C&C were pleased to be involved.
Several areas of the campus required professional foodservice facilities, with C&C working on the production kitchen, training kitchen, patisserie kitchen, coffee shop, and bar. Brands on the project included Falcon, Rational, Foster Coldrooms, Moffat, Mono, FEM, Sammic, Smeg, Mechline, and Craven, with Wynne Construction as main contractor.
Due to the lockdown in line with government guidance relating to COVID-19 restrictions, timescales were extended with the project originally commencing on site in April with canopy installations.
