The Corian used in the servery was a late addition chosen by the client, and it was good to see this go from an initial idea into a superb finished product. The scheme consisted of a new front of house servery area and support kitchen using brands including Proline, CED, Counterline and Foster, with Overbury as Main Contractor and GWP as Consultant. Some of the challenges on the project included coordination with shutters and sourcing specialist worktop material requested by the client, however these were overcome with careful planning and organisation.
