Work was spread over several levels of the Pancras Square site, with storage at Basement level, kitchen and coffee bar on Level 1, and pantries on Levels 8, 9 and 10. Brands on the project included C&C Catering Fabrications and Proline for fabrications and counter/coffee bar, Hobart, Gamble, FEM, Winterhalter, Mechline, Meiko and Foster, designed by Tricon and with Structure Tone as Main Contractor.
