Beginning is January 2020, works took place across two floors of the London site to include a kitchen across one level, and a support kitchen and servery across another. Brands at the scheme included Essex Fabrications, Foster, Rational, and Baron, with BW Interiors as builder and Tricon as consultant.
Challenges on the project included working with covid restrictions, which were overcome by implementing an accelerated programme during lockdown. Additionally, due to the nature of the servery finish, close coordination with the joinery contractor was required, which was achieved through careful communication.
