The project, which saw C&C work closely with Jason Farrer of Tricon Foodservice Consultants and Main Contractor ISG, was valued at approximately £200k.

C&C faced challenges on site, including the sharing of 1 service lift with other contractors to reach the 7 floors that required catering equipment. The delivery of all equipment wasn’t easy either, with timed deliveries down to the extremely busy Regent Street Delivery zone in Central London.
