With limited access to the training kitchen areas on the First Floor during the first phase on construction, all equipment had to be tele-hoisted into a first floor opening from the car park. Once the link to the original building was established, work could then begin in full flow.
Timescales were tight from the initial phase of works, but delays to the construction of the building (due to poor weather) with an end date set in stone, meant C&C faced a shorter than ideal timescale to finish up on site.
Having met the timescales, the delighted client requested C&C provide a solution to a further project of theirs.
