The project has been designed by a major UK consultant and has been 3 years in completing from originally tendering for the scheme.

C&C worked under the Main Contractor in a continued relationship which had to be strong given the challenges incurred within the Grade 2 listed building.

Key elements for the project includes bespoke MKN Cooking Suites, Meiko warewash, Foster refrigeration, and fabrication by Counterline in the high end upbeat staff servery facility.

The project was finished to the complete satisfaction of all parties in Summer 2011.
