Owners Adam and Drew Jones sought the highest quality suppliers and contractors from across the North West and overseas to create their concept and bring Tattu to life. We were brought on board by managing director Adam Jones to design, supply, install and project manage the entire catering operation. The scheme was completed to the highest standard and features equipment from Adande, Falcon, Williams, Rational and Wexiodisk.

The impressive venue includes a bar feature on the ground floor, and a further bar area in the opulent private dining space ‘Tattu Parlour’. The first floor houses a 94-cover restaurant, home to a team of 20 talented chefs, which required a top of the range catering facility from us.

The project required an incredible eye for detail from us, with Adam Jones stating, “After initially deciding on the concept, we wanted to ensure every detail was carefully considered to create a venue that would bring a truly unique experience to the UK dining scene.”

The food and venue ooze personality and style, Tattu just needed the kitchen facilities to match… We made it happen.
