‘The Church’ features an open plan kitchen concept, in which customers approach the pass and the day’s specials are displayed above whilst the main cook line is on show behind. Customers also then have access to a wine shop creating a twist on the usual approach and bringing the traditional wine list to life with a massive display, descriptions and dedicated staff to serve and advise.
Following approval by the planning authorities this project was on a fast track installation over a 2 month period and included a first floor kitchen incorporating a run of Blue Seal Evolution prime cooking equipment as well as a fully fabricated ‘U-Shaped’ under bar. This incorporated a range of units to suit the Bar manager’s specifications, all joined on site with a welded top to give a seamless finish.
