Project Managers – London

We are looking for London based Project Managers for our highly successful company. We are a leading commercial catering equipment business with an outstanding reputation and long list of industry awards. We are one of the UK's leading specialist kitchen contractors and we work in partnership with leading hotels and restaurants.

The role:

The role is broad ranging and includes the project management of all aspects of commercial kitchen installations. Reporting to the Director you’ll take responsibility for projects, ensuring all costs are within budgets and targets are met.  You will oversee the installation onsite and ensure the client needs are met or exceeded at all times. This includes understanding of the end to end process of the project, from Tendering, RFI’s, RAM’s, Drawings, labour productivity and quality to practical completion.  You will monitor and report internally on project costs to ensure contract conditions are adhered to and maintain reporting on contract progress.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be an assistant or associate project manager looking for the next step in their career, with some experience in managing and being accountable for high value projects. Also required:

  • Strong knowledge of H&S and be SSSTS or SMSTS trained
  • Numerate, methodical and analytical approach
  • Attention to detail and the desire to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CAD software

You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, a team player and problem solver with an eye for controlled budgets. This is an autonomous role and client facing, to be successful you will need to be technically astute and able to build long lasting professional relationships with clients.

CAD Technician

The Role:

C&C Catering Equipment Ltd are looking to take on a CAD Technician to join our expanding drawing office team. The job role will include assisting in preparing drawings for commercial kitchen installations nationwide using AutoCAD/Revit. The role will see you interact with the design team, project managers and sales team to enable them to produce drawings and issue via the correct document control procedures. The job role will include the following:

• Producing 2D/3D Drawings
• Document Control
• Email/Telephone discussions with clients/customers and suppliers
• Helping to identify discrepancies between design, drawing and specification.
• Technical Document reviews
• Problem Solving Design Issues and assisting Project Managers where required

About you:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced CAD/BIM technician looking to further their career by joining an excellent design team. Experience of AutoCAD is essential with experience of REVIT being preferred, however not required as training can be given. Candidates need to be willing to work as part of a team, assisting drawing office members and project manager where required.
• Industry experience preferred, but not essential.
• An approach to problem solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Numerate, methodical and analytical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate; Microsoft 365 & Autodesk AutoCAD/REVIT

Due to the location of our offices a driving licence is a must for any candidate.

Sales Director

Due to an internal restructure, we are looking for a Sales Director to join our team. We are a leading commercial catering equipment business with an outstanding reputation and long list of industry awards. We are one of the UK's leading specialist kitchen contractors and we work in partnership with leading hotels, restaurants, staff dining and stadia.

The role:

The role will see you managing our sales team with a view to expanding it immediately. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll take responsibility for running your team, being a focal point for communication between departments and ensuring continued success for the business. You will also be involved with looking after relationships throughout the industry whether that be with consultants, main contractors, suppliers and end users. You will monitor and report internally to the other Directors on projects to ensure our high standards are kept from enquiry through to handover.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Director looking for the next step in their career, with experience in managing and being accountable for running a successful sales department.

Also required:

• Experience of running a sales team.
• Industry Experience preferred, but not essential.
• Numerate, methodical and analytical approach.
• Ensuring relationships are maintained.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate; Microsoft 365.

You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, a team player and a leader. This role will be flexible, with both office and home working options.
