The local authority, which includes in its area a wealth of world-famous attractions such as Buckingham Palace and Covent Garden, required commercial catering facilities to support its staff dining offering as part of larger refurbishment works, and C&C were delighted to be involved with the scheme.
Working on the project from January – June 2019, C&C completed commercial foodservice environments across the Level 18 pantry and Level 19 main kitchen and servery, including coffee bar. Brands at the Victoria Street-based scheme included Falcon, C&C Catering Fabrications, Britannia and Meiko, with ISG as Main Contractor and Tricon as Consultant.
