Set in beautifully landscaped grounds and boasting a Michelin starred restaurant, it’s no surprise the Ynyshir picked up the 2014 – 2015 Welsh hotel of the year award and was ranked amongst the top 12 best luxury hotels in the UK.

The exclusive Metropolitan Hotel in London wanted a complete refurbishment of its second kitchen, not only to increase production and improve efficiency but also take the opportunity to install energy-saving technology.

C&C Catering Equipment Ltd has successfully completed work on the supply and installation of a new main kitchen facility at the historical Hilton Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh. One of Scotland’s most prestigious establishments, the ambitious refurbishment of the new Galvin Brothers operated Pompadour Restaurant on the Entresol level of the Hotel was completed last week, and has been undertaken with the expectation of retaining its Michelin star rating.

When C&C were chosen to install the kitchens and bars at the brand new Hilton hotel in Liverpool, project manager Keith Hartharn understood a specific style would be necessary. Located on the site of the new Liverpool One shopping centre with its modern design, the Hilton would have to match that in every aspect.

C&C are proud to have completed the supply and installation of the prestigious new Main Kitchen facility at the Five Star Chester Grosvenor Hotel & Spa in the heart of Chester.

Attentive service, the ability and resources to carry out several jobs simultaneously under extreme pressure and the commitment to deliver on promises made has seen an initial £17,500 order for quick turnaround remedial work at the Connaught blossom into a contract worth in the region of £300,000 over just a few months.
